Prickly Pear Punch / プリックリー・ペア・パンチ

[ノーズ]甘くてしゅわしゅわ、ピリピリとすっきりした香り。それはまるでシャンパンの泡のようでスパイシー、カクテルのプリックリー・ペア・パンチの生姜の華やかなフルーティさ。 [パレット]イングリッシュマスタードの様な軽快でスパイシーな辛さの整った味わいで始まり、ホットワインに少量のはちみつとチョコレートラズベリーリキュールが甘く香ばしい。加水するとまずわさびの辛さ、バニラマスカルポーネのサマーベリー添え、カスタードクリームファッジとストロベリーバルサミコローズマリーアイスクリームの魅力的な甘い味わいが口中に広がる。 There was a sweet, fizzy, zingy and refreshing aroma tickling our noses – just like Champagne bubbles do, as well as the spicy, floral fruitiness of a ginger infused prickly pear punch. Pretty hot with a spicy kick of strong English mustard on the palate neat to start with but then turning sweeter and perfumed like mulled wine with a little honey and a splash of chocolate raspberry liqueur being added. Water released a wasabi heat at first but then a beguiling sweet perfumed scent of summer berries with vanilla mascarpone took over whilst to taste, custard cream fudge and strawberry balsamic rosemary ice cream.
