Summer-fresh and sweetly attractive / 夏のように爽やかで甘く魅力的

[ノーズ] 香りの最初の印象は削りたてのオーク（バスケットを編んでいるところと八角も）が、次第にフローラルで草っぽい、ハーブ系の香りと大量の甘さ（クレームブリュレ、焼きマシュマロ、カラメル、トフィー、レモンパフ、クマ型グミ）が現れる。 [パレット] 味も同様に磨いた木材と繊細なスパイス（胡椒、生姜、シナモン、クローブ、アニス）で始まったが、シャーベットレモンとダークトフィーも含んでいた。加水すると、香りは夏のように爽やか（麻、スペアミント、レモン、イチゴ、スイカ）で、甘やかに魅力的。味ではスパイスがレモンピール、リコリス、タラゴン、トニックウォーターに道を譲る − ほとんどジンの香草類のようだが、それでも美味しく、甘く、後を引く。 First nose impressions were of freshly shaved oak (also basketry and star anise), but gradually we found floral, grassy and herbal notes and a good deal of sweetness (crème brûlée, toasted marshmallows, caramel, toffee, lemon puffs and gummi bears). Similarly, the palate began with polished wood and delicate spices (pepper, ginger, cinnamon, clove, anise) but also encompassed sherbet lemons and dark toffee. The reduced nose was summer-fresh (linen, spearmint, lemon, strawberries, watermelon) and sweetly attractive. On the reduced palate, the spices had given way to lemon peel, liquorice, tarragon and tonic water – almost gin botanical-like, but still tasty, sweet and moreish.
