Rum-soaked black cherries / ラム酒漬けブラックチェリー

[ノーズ] 最初の香りには沢山の甘さがある – トフィー、ゴールデンシロップ、ヘザー・ハニー、マジパン。少し経つと、ヘーゼルナッツとクルミ、それに古い革と豊かな堆肥の香りが訪れる。 [パレット] 味わいはカラント類とレーズン入りのデメララシュガー掛けエクルズケーキのよう、そしてクレームブリュレ・アイスクリームとラム酒漬けブラックチェリーの長いフィニッシュ。 加水すると、フルーツ・クランブル、古典的なクレープ・シュゼット、オレンジリキュール・ゼリー。また味わいは甘いフルーツカクテル・ジュース、爽やかなエルダーフラワー・コーディアル、そしてココナッツオイル・リップクリームのようなフィニッシュ。 The initial nose shows plenty of sweetness; toffee, golden syrup, heather honey and marzipan. After a little while notes of hazelnuts and walnuts as well as old leather and rich compost arrive. The taste is like an Eccles cake with currants, raisins topped with Demerara sugar and the long finish of a crème brûlée ice cream and rum-soaked black cherries. With water fruit crumble, classic crêpes suzette and orange liquor jelly and for some, less younger members of the Panel, stacks of vinyl records in a polished wooden sideboard. A sweet fruit cocktail juice in the taste, refreshing elderflower cordial and the finish like coconut lip balm.
